Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a break at the Joint Conference on Health. This is a perfect opportunity for organizations who are unable to attend the conference, but still wish to participate in some way. To sponsor a break at the conference the cost is $250.00 per break. Your organization's name will be posted on the break tables and will be announced at the first plenary session prior to your sponsored break. If you would like to bring or mail handout materials and/or brochures, we will display them in the exhibitor room. Please complete the on-line Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration form (if paying by credit card) or you can print out a registration form to mail in payment by check. Forms need to be received by September 12, 2008. Government agencies may submit a purchase order with registration form.
