Registration Information - to pay by credit card complete the on-line Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration form or to pay by check print out the mail-in form and mail it with a check made payable to WSPHA to the address on the form. Government agencies may submit a purchase order with registration form. No exhibit space will be considered reserved until registration form and payment is received. There are only 29 spaces available in the exhibit hall; booth space will be offered in the hall areas as well - all on a first come first served basis. Deadline for Exhibit Registration and
Printing Materials - The
registration deadline is September 26, 2008 or until all spaces have been
sold. All exhibits will be sold on a first-come
basis. The deadline for printing advertisements in the program
brochure is September 12, 2008. Please email your advertisement to
kathy@wspha.org in a Word
format. If you have a graphic please email it in a JPG format.
Ads can be 1/2 page in size on an 8 1/2X11 sized
page. Cancellation/Refund Policy/No-Show or Late Arrivals - Refunds will only be made available if we are able to resell your space before September 12, 2008. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. Exhibits that do not show-up forfeit their registration fee. Exhibitors that do not set-up on the first day they are expected to show will lose their space to another vendor. Internet Access - Internet access is available and can be purchased directly from the Convention Center at the cost of $75.00 for a hard Internet connection. For a copy of the Internet Service Agreement with the convention center Click here. Exhibit Rules, Times & Set-up Information - Exhibits will be open at 8:00 a.m. all 3 days, October 6 - 8. Exhibits will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, October 6 - 7, and will close at noon on Wednesday October 8th, the last day of the conference. Exhibitors are expected to show up and be set-up no later than Monday, October 6th at 9:00 a.m. If an exhibitor has not checked-in by that time their exhibit space will immediately be given to someone else to use. The Joint Conference wishes to respect those who show up on time by eliminating any wasted or "dead space" in the hall so as to promote a positive image to our exhibitors and conference attendees. Exhibitors who take down their exhibits earlier than noon on Wednesday, October 8th will be charged an additional $25 unless removal of the exhibit was approved by the conference coordinator, Kathy Kondakjian. The exhibit space will be made available to you to set-up on Sunday, October 5th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The location of your exhibit will be identified with the name of your organization placed on the exhibit table. Deliveries and Parking Information - Please see Convention Center Regulations Page. Floor Displays - If you have a floor
display and do not wish to have the skirted table, please let us know not
