1. All freight is to be delivered to the Yakima Convention Center. Freight should arrive no more than 48 hours prior to the show. Storage fee may apply if longer than 48 hours. 2. The delivery address at the Yakima Convention Center is 10 North 8th Street, Yakima. WA 98901. The name of the show must be designated on the outside of the freight "WA State Public Health Association, Joint Conference on Health, October 6-8, 2008." 3. Freight pick up at the end of the exhibition must be picked up with 48 hours of the end of the show. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to make arrangements for freight if it is not taken care of through a decorator. 4. The Yakima Convention Center is not responsible for any materials lost or damaged in the exhibit area. In the receipt, handling, care or custody of property of any kind shipped or otherwise delivered to the premises, prior to, during, or subsequent to the use of the facilities by any exhibitor. The Yakima Convention Center shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to property. 5. Fuel tanks on vehicles (auto, truck, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, etc.) shall not exceed one (1) gallon of fuel and the same shall have a locking cap or cap taped and sealed to prevent easy removal. 6. All vehicles with batteries shall have both terminals disconnected immediately upon placement for display and said cables shall be taped. 7. A drip cloth needs to be placed under the oil pan. 8. No person shall use or allow to be used any open flames. This includes candles. 9. The freight door into the exhibit area measures 14' wide by 15' high. All articles, exhibits, fixtures, materials, displays, etc. shall be brought into or out of the building at such entrance. 10. Popcorn machines are not allowed in the exhibit area. Arrangements can be made through the Catering Company. 11. Hanging of signs, banners, posters, etc. is allowed. However, do not secure anything to the woodwork. Pushpins are recommended on all vinyl walls. Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in your exhibit being removed from the show.
