National Public Health Week
Celebrated during the first full week of April, National Public Health Week, aims to bring attention to the contributions of public health and highlight issues important to improving health and safety. WSPHA celebrates National Public Health Week by recognizing Health Champions — individuals, organizations, and coalitions demonstrating excellence in their efforts to improve and protect the public’s health in our state.
The theme for this year’s National Public Health Week is “Healthiest Nation 2030”. WSPHA will announce award recipients during each day of public health week. In recognition of National Public Health Week Student Day, we have also added the award category for outstanding student.
Creating the healthiest nation starts with you! Take the pledge to join thousands of people who will create the healthiest nation in one generation.
