February 22-24

Renaissance Hotel – Seattle, WA

The Western Forum for Migrant and Community Health is an annual conference bringing together health care and public health professionals from migrant and community health centers and allied organizations for the purposes of education and training, information and resource sharing, coalition building, and program and policy development. This year's theme - Resilient, Strong Communities: Laying the Foundation for Health Equity - reminds us of the power of relentless collective action and persistent unified voices. The conference will feature two plenary sessions and 36 breakout sessions focused on a number of topics, including: community partnerships in health, chronic disease prevention and management, occupational and environmental health, mental health, health education, community health worker workforce development, and social determinants of health.

Northwest Regional Primary Care Association is offering a promotional registration rate to mission-aligned agencies and organizations, including WSPHA members. Register before January 31st at the standard full conference rate and at checkout use the code Forum2018Partner to pay only $100 (a $200 discount) for this 3-day conference. (After January 31st the rate will increase to $150.)
