Cancellation Policy
The Washington State Public Health Association incurs costs based on the number of expected attendees, and late cancellations impact our ability to continue to offer a high-quality conference and learning experience for our participants. WSPHA can offer refunds base on the schedule below.

Request received by:
July 1st: 100 % refund
August 1st: 75% refund
September 1st: 50% refund
Between September 2nd and 15th: 25% refund
After September 16th: No refund
